We are a licensed mortgage broker/loan originator. We work with multiple lenders to find mortgage products that may meet your needs. We do not make credit decisions or fund loans directly.
All loan decisions, including approval, denial, interest rates, and terms, are made by the lender. We are compensated through fees and/or commissions from lenders when loans are successfully closed.
